DIRECTOR, MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS

As Director of Marketing & Communications, Jeni Jenkins (she/her) joins Adopt A Class with a deep commitment to community empowerment and a strong background in strategic communications. Equipped with an interdisciplinary background in art, design, and social science, Jenkins excels in crafting visual communications, brand assets, and compelling storytelling to foster positive change. Jenkins work unites a profound commitment to addressing social issues with a steadfast belief in the catalytic power of art and design to effect transformative change. Her prior roles as Director of Communications at Our Daily Bread and owner of a graphic design studio demonstrate her proven ability to drive organizational goals through effective marketing and outreach strategies.

Originally from Boise, Idaho, Jenkins holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Science with four minors from Boise State University, and an MA in Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies from the University of Cincinnati, where she also completed an MFA in Studio Art in 2022 at the College of DAAP. A mother of 3 magical humans, Jeni resides in the eclectic neighborhood of Northside in Cincinnati with her partner and two cats Gizmo and Pepper. In her free time Jeni enjoys dancing, cinema, sci-fi, camping, kayaking and long rides to far off destinations on her Suzuki Savage.
